Refund Policy<\/b><\/h3>\n

To receive 100% refund<\/strong>, a minimum 24 hours<\/strong> cancellation notice is required for regular bookings<\/strong> and a minimum of 72 hours<\/strong> (3 days) for the whole facility<\/strong> reservations.<\/p>\n

Gift card purchases are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, regardless of purchase date or remaining balance.<\/strong><\/p>\n

30% cancellation fee<\/strong> applies if any changes were made less than 24 hours<\/strong> before a regular booking. No changes accepted for the whole facility bookings <\/strong>if you notified us less than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the event. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The unfulfilled stations will remain available for walk-in customers.<\/p>\n

No refunds applied for no show-up.<\/p>\n

Customers can\u00a0Cancel<\/strong> or Modify\u00a0<\/strong>their own reservations within the original booking confirmation emails: look for the link in your email saying <\/span> Modify Here<\/b><\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\n

Please allow up to 5 business days for any eligible refunds to be processed (in most cases 1-2 days).<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/b>Late Arrival Policy<\/b><\/h3>\n

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes <\/b>before your reservation. If you arrive after the scheduled start of your booking, be aware that your time might be reduced by the time you are late.<\/p>\n

Additional information<\/b><\/h3>\n

Our VR activities are kids friendly\u00a0<\/strong>and depending on the type of service, minimum requirements apply as follows:<\/p>\n

VR Booth: 7 years old<\/strong><\/p>\n

VR Racing: min heights 4.5 feet<\/strong><\/p>\n

VR Arena: 10 years old<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Visitors under 14 must be accompanied <\/b>by a parent or guardian who will sign their waiver and stay with them throughout the session.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Visitorsunder 19 must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian<\/strong>, which can be done online or at the location.\u00a0<\/p>\n
