Refund & Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • Regular Bookings (24 Hour Notice)<\/strong>
    \nCancel at least 24 hours<\/strong> before your scheduled booking to receive a refund of your booking amount. Credit card processing fees are non refundable<\/strong> and will be deducted from the refund.<\/li>\n

  • Manage Your Reservation<\/strong>
    \nNeed to make changes to your reservation? Simply open your original booking confirmation email and click the \"Modify Here\"<\/strong><\/span> link. Every reservation includes its own unique modification link, allowing you to cancel or modify your booking online.<\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • Whole Facility Bookings (72 Hour Notice)<\/strong>
    \nCancel at least 72 hours (3 days)<\/strong> before your event to receive a refund of your booking amount. Credit card processing fees are non refundable<\/strong> and will be deducted from the refund.<\/li>\n

    <\/p>\n

  • Late Cancellations for Regular Bookings<\/strong>
    \nIf you cancel or modify your reservation less than 24 hours<\/strong> before your booking, an automatic store credit<\/strong> will be issued for the remaining balance after a 30% cancellation fee<\/strong> has been deducted from the total amount paid. This process is automatic. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.<\/li>\n

    <\/p>\n

  • No Shows<\/strong>
    \nNo refunds or store credits will be issued for no shows.<\/strong> This policy applies in all circumstances.<\/li>\n

    <\/p>\n

  • Unused Stations<\/strong>
    \nIf your group arrives with fewer participants than originally booked, any unused stations may be released for walk in customers.<\/li>\n

    <\/p>\n

  • Gift Cards<\/strong>
    \nGift card purchases are non refundable<\/strong> and cannot be exchanged for cash<\/strong>, regardless of the purchase date or remaining balance.<\/li>\n

    <\/p>\n

  • Refund Processing<\/strong>
    \nPlease allow up to 5 business days<\/strong> for eligible refunds to be processed. Most refunds are completed within 1 to 2 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Late Arrival Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes<\/strong> before your scheduled reservation.<\/li>\n

      <\/p>\n

    • If you arrive after your booking has started, your session time may be reduced by the amount of time you are late.<\/li>\n

      <\/p>\n

    • We are unable to extend bookings due to late arrivals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Children under 12 years of age<\/strong> must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must remain on the premises throughout the session and sign the required waiver.<\/li>\n

        <\/p>\n

      • All guests under 19 years of age<\/strong> must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Waivers may be completed online before arrival or at our location.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
