Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Regular Bookings (24 Hour Notice)
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking to receive a refund of your booking amount. Credit card processing fees are non refundable and will be deducted from the refund. - Manage Your Reservation
Need to make changes to your reservation? Simply open your original booking confirmation email and click the "Modify Here" link. Every reservation includes its own unique modification link, allowing you to cancel or modify your booking online. - Whole Facility Bookings (72 Hour Notice)
Cancel at least 72 hours (3 days) before your event to receive a refund of your booking amount. Credit card processing fees are non refundable and will be deducted from the refund. - Late Cancellations for Regular Bookings
If you cancel or modify your reservation less than 24 hours before your booking, an automatic store credit will be issued for the remaining balance after a 30% cancellation fee has been deducted from the total amount paid. This process is automatic. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued. - No Shows
No refunds or store credits will be issued for no shows. This policy applies in all circumstances. - Unused Stations
If your group arrives with fewer participants than originally booked, any unused stations may be released for walk in customers. - Gift Cards
Gift card purchases are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, regardless of the purchase date or remaining balance. - Refund Processing
Please allow up to 5 business days for eligible refunds to be processed. Most refunds are completed within 1 to 2 business days.
Late Arrival Policy
- Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation.
- If you arrive after your booking has started, your session time may be reduced by the amount of time you are late.
- We are unable to extend bookings due to late arrivals.
Additional Information
- VR Booth: Minimum age of 7 years.
- VR Arena: Minimum age of 7 years.
- Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must remain on the premises throughout the session and sign the required waiver.
- All guests under 19 years of age must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Waivers may be completed online before arrival or at our location.
