Rules and Regulations


BY MAKING A RESERVATION, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES AND REGULATIONS

Restrictions

All the participants under the age of fourteen (14) must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian.  The adult accompanying the minor accept this agreement on behalf of the minor and accepts responsibility for any use of our facilities, including the conditions listed in this agreement.

Please consult with us prior booking if the heights of participants is under 48” as VR equipment might not properly fit.

The use of  VR equipment is prohibited to individuals who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances. We also do not sell or distribute alcohol. Alcohol is prohibited inside the facility.

Use of VR equipment

Users may also be required to calibrate Gobo VR equipment prior to beginning their session. Therefore, users are required to arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the reservation, otherwise the calibration of the equipment may take up a portion of the user’s scheduled booking at the facility.

Any damage caused to Gobo VR equipment by you and/or your child/ward shall be your sole liability and you shall indemnify and save harmless Gobo VR from said damages.

Medical conditions

Prolonged use of the virtual reality should be avoided for the children, as this could affect hand-eye coordination, balance, and multi-tasking ability. Adults should monitor children closely during and after use of the VR equipment for any decrease in these abilities.

It is highly recommended to consult a physician before using virtual reality equipment if you are pregnant, elderly, have pre-existing binocular vision abnormalities or psychiatric disorders, or suffer from a heart condition or other serious medical condition.

In order to have pleasant and comfortable VR experience a participant requires an unimpaired sense of motion and balance. Do not use Gobo VR activity if you are tired, sleepy, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, are hung-over, have digestive problems, are under emotional stress or anxiety, or when suffering from cold, flu, headaches, migraines, or earaches, as this can increase your susceptibility to adverse symptoms.

If you experience any of the following symptoms: seizures, loss of awareness, eye strain, eye or muscle twitching, involuntary movements, altered, blurred, or double vision or other visual abnormalities, dizziness, disorientation, impaired balance, impaired hand-eye coordination, excessive sweating, increased salivation, nausea, light-headedness, discomfort or pain in the head or eyes, drowsiness, fatigue, or any symptoms similar to motion sickness - immediately stop the use of the virtual reality equipment and advise one go Gobo VR employees. Consult a physician if you have serious and/or persistent symptoms.

Anyone who has had a seizure, loss of awareness, or other symptoms linked to an epileptic condition should consult a physician before using the Gobo VR virtual reality activity.

Virtual Reality equipment can emit radio waves that can affect the operation of nearby electronics, including cardiac pacemakers. If you have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, do not use Gobo VR activities without first consulting your physician or the manufacturer of your medical device.

Access to our activities

Participants agree to be photographed, videotaped and /or recorded during and after the activity, Gobo VR Enterprises., reserves the right to use these materials for promotional use.

Gobo VR reserves all rights to seek indemnification should there be any deliberate attempt to cause damage to the tools, equipment or facilities. We may also terminate the VR  experience at any time if participants refuse to comply with staff instructions or to abide by the rules set forth. There will be no refund of fees, full or partial, allowed.

Gobo VR  staff reserves the right to refuse access to individuals without giving any explanations.

You agree to return all the equipment after the VR experience.

Food and drink are not permitted within the virtual reality gaming booths.

Children are not to be left unattended in the waiting area. If there is no one to supervise your child you will be unable to enter the VR booths. Gobo VR staff members are not responsible for the safety or care of children.

Personal belongings

You can use lockers at the Gobo VR Hub to keep your belongings. Gobo VR Enterprises and its employees are not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings left unattended. 

Use of the party room

Upon a party room booking, a client has access to use a party room with tables, chairs, and table clothes, as well as a partially equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, serving area.
A client can bring their own food and decorations.
No confetti or Party Poppers allowed. In a case of violation, a cleaning fee of $45 will be applied.
